Thoughtful, personalized support to help you feel your best and get the most from your treatment.
Medication can be an important and effective part of mental health treatment. When thoughtfully prescribed and carefully monitored, it may help reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, and help you feel more like yourself again. Follow-up visits provide ongoing, individualized support to review your progress, discuss what's working, address any side effects or concerns, and make thoughtful adjustments together when needed. The goal is to find a treatment approach that supports your well-being, fits your individual needs, and helps you move toward feeling your best.
Finding the right medication and treatment plan can take time, and your needs may change along the way. That's why ongoing care matters. Follow-up appointments are an opportunity to recognize progress, talk openly about what's working and what isn't, and make thoughtful adjustments together. Whether you're feeling better, navigating a new concern, or simply checking in to make sure your treatment continues to fit your life, you'll have ongoing support along the way. Our goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident in the decisions you make about your mental health care.
Thoughtful medication management to support your progress, adapt to your changing needs, and help you feel your best.

Nurse Practitioner and founder of Fortitude Mental Health Group. She provides telehealth psychiatric care to adults throughout California, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, stress-related concerns, and sleep difficulties.
Nicole believes that effective psychiatric care begins with taking the time to truly understand each person—their experiences, concerns, goals, and what matters most to them. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized, with an emphasis on creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their treatment.
She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment planning grounded in evidence-based care. Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, Nicole considers the broader picture of each patient’s well-being and works collaboratively to develop treatment plans that are both clinically sound and meaningful to the individual.
Her goal is to help patients better understand their mental health, feel confident in their care, and make meaningful progress toward greater stability and long-term wellness.
